Boyz DzaMdra Convenes in Nyanga for Annual Conference

Zanu PF affiliate Boyz DzaMdra is set to hold its two-day annual conference in Nyanga, commencing tomorrow, with a high-powered delegation expected to attend.

Boyz Dzamdhara national secretary-general Edd Maenda confirmed their readiness for the meeting.

Key members anticipated to be present include the affiliate’s national chairperson Hope Chako, Secretary-General Cde Edd Maenda, National Patron Cde Gladman Dhliwayo, and First Committee Member Cde Alexander ‘Scorpion’ Muzanenhamo.

They will be joined by the Manicaland Provincial Executive, led by Trymore “Chimbongora” Bhobho, Manicaland Secretary-General Cde John Kanyikwanaka, and top provincial official Libert “Top Striker” Gumende.

According to national secretary-general Edd Maenda, all provinces will have representation at the conference.

“All provinces will be represented, and we are expected to finalize the 2025 Action Plan. We are ready for the meeting, and our guest of honor is Zanu PF national political commissar Munyaradzi Machacha,” he stated.

Maenda further elaborated on the affiliate’s objectives.

“As Boyz Dzamdhara, we are young entrepreneurs who are thriving in various businesses. We also have aspiring young entrepreneurs eager to grow in different ways, so this conference is an opportunity for us to share ideas,” he said.

He also emphasized a broader national focus, stating, “We are looking at how we can contribute to building the nation’s economy. Our focus isn’t solely on our party, Zanu PF, but we are also targeting collaboration with other political parties to foster national growth.”

Notably, the affiliate recently secured a gold mining concession in Manicaland through BetterBrands, an initiative aimed at supporting President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s vision.

Zanu PF Manicaland chairman Tawanda Mukodza expressed his full support for Boyz DzaMdra, stating, “We are in full support of Boyz DzaMdhara. These are entrepreneurs who are contributing to the growth of our country, and we are happy with the projects they have been facilitating.”
