Zimbabwe Miners Federation president, Henrietta Rushwaya has been fined US$5000, her 6kgs of gold forfeited to the state and has been given a non-custodial sentence by the High Court in Harare today.
She is expected to pay the US$5000 which is equivalent to a level 15 fine before November 17 or face twelve months in jail.
