A picture circulating on social media claims to show the Trabablas interchange road with some damage within 24 hours of its launch.
Context: A picture showing a damaged road was posted on June 1 claiming to be a road that has already been damaged a few days after the interchange official opening.
Findings : a search on google reverse image showed the same picture posted on Civil Engineering Discoveries LinkedIn account 4 years ago.
The same picture was also posted by a Nigerian account. The post claims that it’s the newly constructed Kagarko township road that was officially opened on May 26, 2025 in Nigeria.
Conclusion
The evidence gathered shows that the damaged road is not from Trabablas interchange and the picture has been used four years back.
