The 114th Zimbabwe Agricultural Show will run from August 26 to 31 in Harare, the show’s organizers announced today.

The annual event, a cornerstone of the country’s agricultural calendar, will showcase the sector’s innovations, achievements, and contributions to the economy.

Zimbabwe Agricultural Show (ZAS) Chief Executive Officer Dr Andrew Matibiri said there is growing enthusiasm and progress in food security.

“The Zimbabwe Agricultural Show is a key event on the national calendar as it showcases the talent, innovations, and resilience of our farmers, agribusinesses, and agricultural stakeholders.

“It underscores the crucial role that agriculture plays in our economy and the livelihoods of the people of Zimbabwe,” he said during a media brief.

He also said visitors can expect a diverse range of exhibits, from livestock and machinery to agricultural technologies and sustainable farming practices.

Seminars and workshops will also be held to address key industry issues.

The Zimbabwe Agricultural Show has a long history of driving agricultural development and remains a vital event for the nation.
